On the ground, a wounded Rhys stammers through the wreckage of the deceased Hyperion corporation to find Jack’s AI still functional. By the skin of his teeth, Rhys manages to grab the last escape pod with the help of Loader Bot and he floats away, watching the once great Helios station tear itself apart. Complications arise and our favourite Hyperion/Pandorans get separated once again.
Betrayed and extremely p-ed off, Rhys must try and escape Jack’s clutches to regroup with Sasha, Fiona and Gortys they have long overstayed their welcome. The once ruler of Hyperion was trying to get back in the game all along. I guess once Handsome Jack, always Handsome Jack as the maniacal scheming AI tricks Rhys into injecting him into Helios’ systems (coz we know from sci-fiction culture that a rouge AI is just the worst…). I feel the need to discuss some things here so I’m going to go ahead and say SPOILER ALERT (You shouldn’t be reading this if you haven’t played it anyway XD) We arrive here…įollowing the close of episode 4, episode 5, The Vault of the Traveler, opens showcasing the results of the big decision you had to make previously. Not one episode faulted and not one episode was of poor quality.
